In March, Deanna Shullman moderated the panel discussion "Jogos Olimpicos de Verao de 2016 / Summer Olympics 2016: IP, Newsgathering and Content Challenges" at the Media Law Resource Center's conference on Legal Issues Concerning Hispanic and Latin American Media in Miami. The panel discussed intellectual property challenges American and Latin American journalists would face in covering the 2016 summer Olympics.
