Obtained dismissal of a $750 million defamation suit filed by a professional golfer regarding dozens of allegedly defamatory statements published in articles, podcasts, broadcasts, and on Twitter. The Middle District of Florida found that the allegedly defamatory statements were nonactionable opinion, were not of and concerning the plaintiff, and were not published with actual malice. Reed v.
