Obtained dismissal of an action brought by a travel agency owner for claims of defamation, Florida’s deceptive and unfair trade practices act, and civil conspiracy. The Southern District of Florda, as affirmed by the 11th Circuit, considered the plaintiff’s claims—involving more than 600 allegedly defamatory statements on Facebook—and determined that the court lacked personal jurisdiction over the suit.
