Obtained a dismissal with prejudice in favor of LinkedIn, where one of its users alleged that she was “deplatformed” for sharing misinformation. The Court granted LinkedIn’s motion, agreeing that LinkedIn was not an employment agency subject to discrimination claims. The Court found that the plaintiff failed to sufficiently allege any cause of action against LinkedIn and denied Plaintiff’s request to temporarily reinstate her suspended account. Gundogdu v.
