Welcoming Brooke Henderson to the Firm

We are excited to welcome Brooke Henderson, whose practice focuses on content, access to information, and intellectual property. She joins the firm from the Center for Investigative Reporting and brings experience conducting prepublication review of investigative articles, podcasts, and documentaries, and litigating federal freedom-of-information and court-access cases.

Brooke earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she served as an associate editor of the California Law Review. She also holds a master's degree from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism and reported for The Wall Street Journal before law school.

She will be based in our West Palm Beach office.
