Eleventh Circuit Denies Emergency Stay Motion in Dossier Defamation Matter

The Eleventh Circuit denied Plaintiff’s request for an emergency stay of a Southern District of Florida order unsealing hundreds of records in the “Dossier” defamation case.  Shullman Fugate opposed the stay on behalf of The New York Times.  A copy of the order can be found here: Order Denying Motion to Stay
