Elizabeth’s practice centers on content-related disputes, defamation, and intellectual property matters.

Before joining the firm, Elizabeth practiced commercial litigation at a boutique law firm, where she represented businesses and individuals in complex contractual disputes, fraud actions, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act litigation.

 Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law, graduating in the top 10% of her class. While in law school, she received CALI Excellence Awards in Property, Torts, and Constitutional Law, and competed as a member of the FIU Negotiation and Mediation Team. She also gained valuable judicial and litigation experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Carol Lisa Phillips and as a law clerk for a statewide Florida law firm.
