After spending two years as in-house counsel at NBCUniversal News Group, where she advised on editorial, newsgathering, and First Amendment matters for Telemundo and NBC News, Giselle returns to the firm with a deepened perspective on media law and newsroom operations including pre-publication review, sponsored content and longform productions. 

Giselle originally joined Shullman Fugate in 2017, where she built a reputation for her strategic guidance in defamation defense, access, intellectual property, and media litigation. Her recent experience at NBCU enhances her ability to help clients navigate the evolving media landscape with practical, newsroom-informed advice.
