Partner Deanna Shullman to speak at Practicing Law Institute Communications Law in the Digital Age

Deanna will be a panelist for PLI’s annual Communications Law in the Digital Age 2022 conference in New York, New York on November 9 – 10. Deanna will join a panel to discuss legal ethics for media lawyers, including lawyer relationships with judges, frivolous filings, attorney marketing, ex parte communications, and e-discovery. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the conference, which addresses recent developments in First Amendment, defamation, privacy, and intellectual property law among other topics of interest to content providers. The conference is presented annually, and this year features both in person and virtual attendance options.
