Deanna Shullman will be a panelist on social media ethics at the upcoming Media and the Law Seminar, held annually at the University of Kansas School of Law.  The panel, “Tweeters Gone Wild:  The Ethical and Legal Consequences of Robust & Unrestrained Speech by Litigants and Lawyers Addicted to Social Media” will kick off the day-long event on Friday, May 4.  Deanna, along with the rest of the panel, will discuss how to ethically navigate the social media landscape before and during litigation through an unfolding hypothetical that raises a series of interesting ethical dilemmas.  It’s not too late to register for the conference - details are available here:  https://law.ku.edu/media-law-seminar
