Rachel Fugate Slated as Panelist for PLI Communications Law in the Digital Age 2017 conference

Rachel Fugate has been selected to serve as a panelist for the Defamation and Related Claims session at theCommunications Law in the Digital Age 2017 conference, which is presented annually by the Practising Law Institute (“PLI”). Each year, PLI puts together a premier communications law conference covering a wide variety of First Amendment issues, including defamation, privacy, intellectual property, newsgathering and reporter’s privilege law.  Communications Law in the Digital Age provides a “one-stop-shop” for the legal, strategic and practical knowledge needed to keep apace in these areas of law.
