Shullman Fugate welcomes experienced trial attorney Kendall Pfeifer!

Kendall Pfeifer has joined the Shullman Fugate team, where she will concentrate her practice on the firm’s content and commercial litigation clients.  Prior to joining the firm, Kendall practiced in the area of insurance coverage and defense, managing a large and diverse docket of negligence and other tort claims and completing several trials a year.  Her clients have included national insurance companies, retail stores and rental car agencies.  “We’re very excited to welcome Kendall to the team,” said founding partner Rachel Fugate. “Having handled hundreds of cases from inception to trial, Kendall is experienced with all aspects of litigation, from responding to the complaint through jury trial and verdict.
